Chillum Terrace Apartments accepts Cats & Rabbits. Pet Fees - Pets have an upfront, nonrefundable Pet Fee of $250.00 for the first pet and an additional, upfront, nonrefundable Pet Fee of $200.00 for the second pet, as well as a Monthly Pet Fee of: (i) $25.00 per cat or rabbit; No more than two (2) pets permitted per apartment. Please check with the leasing or management staff regarding additional pet restrictions (e.g., breed, size). All applicants must submit a Pet Application before any request for a pet is considered and, if approved, all applicants must sign the appropriate Pet Addendum concurrent with lease signing and pay the appropriate Pet Fee(s) and 1st months’ installment of the Monthly Pet Fee.
